My Workout Routine


Happy Thursday Friends! I don’t know about you, but I am ready for the weekend! I am excited about today’s topic of exercise because it has always been an important part of my everyday life. Working out makes me feel my best and helps keep my head clear. I have been pretty strict with my routine the past few months to get wedding ready and I wanted to share what I have been doing.

You might have heard of Orange Theory Fitness. It is a heart rate-based interval training designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy.

What I love about the classes is that they are group workouts but you get the attention of a coach, who motivates you and is there to make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly. An extra bonus is that they have really good music!

Since joining Orange Theory in January, I have noticed a big difference in my energy level and overall my body is a lot more lean and toned. 

There are locations all across the country and your first class is FREE!


I recently discovered Skins workout gear and what I love most about the brand is the quality of the fabric and the way that everything fits. I was drawn to these floral print compression pants and light pink jacket because as you all know by now, pink is my favorite color!
